Complete range of wet-process solid-core porcelain insulators — line post, station post, disc suspension, pin type, and more. ANSI, IEC, AS, DIN and SA standards. Cluster-direct from our Zibo heritage facility — manufacturing and type-testing since 1958.
Composite materials have their place — but for many utility specifications and substation applications, wet-process porcelain continues to be the engineer's first call.
Wet-process C-130 porcelain maintains dimensional stability and dielectric properties over decades of service in high-UV, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive environments. No aging of the housing material — what you install is what performs 30 years later.
Many utility procurement specifications and grid codes reference ANSI C29 or IEC 60383 by name. Porcelain insulators are the assumed baseline for these standards. No deviation requests, no alternative material submittals — your project stays on schedule.
Distribution line post at 15 kV. Sub-transmission station post at 72.5 kV. High-voltage substation support at 252 kV. Anti-pollution suspension for coastal EHV lines. All from one heritage production base, under one quality system.
Four primary product families covering the full utility and EPC application spectrum. Detailed specifications, type-test reports, and pricing available for each.
Solid-core ANSI 57 series. Tie top, clamp top, and gain base configurations for overhead distribution and sub-transmission lines. KEMA independently type-tested.
Solid-core porcelain for substation bus support, disconnect switches, and instrument transformers. Standard and anti-pollution shed profiles. Up to 252 kV single-piece.
Cap-and-pin disc insulators for overhead transmission line suspension and tension strings. Standard, fog, and anti-pollution profiles. Ball-and-socket and tongue-and-groove couplings.
Low and high voltage pin insulators with galvanized steel spindles. Five international standards. For distribution lines requiring pin-mount configurations on wood, concrete, and steel poles.
Porcelain insulators for distribution fuse cutout assemblies. 15–36 kV. IEC, ANSI, and AS standards. Suitable for overhead open-cutout and enclosed-cutout applications.

All type-test reports available on request · KEMA independently verified (ANSI C29.7 line post series) · DIN and SA on custom order
We manufacture the full range of wet-process solid-core porcelain insulators: line post (ANSI C29.7, 15–69 kV), station post (ANSI C29.8 / IEC 60273, up to 252 kV), disc suspension (ANSI C29.2 / IEC 60305), pin type (ANSI C29.5/C29.6, IEC, DIN, SA, AS), cutout fuse insulators, and transformer bushings. All products are manufactured at our heritage facility in Zibo under DNV ISO 9001 quality management with continuous auditing since 1998.
Yes. Our porcelain range covers ANSI C29 series, IEC 60383, IEC 60273, AS 2947, DIN, and SA standards. Most products can be manufactured to multiple standards within the same production run. Specify your applicable standard when submitting an RFQ, or share your project specification and our engineers will confirm the correct series and type-test report availability within 6 hours.
For substation equipment support — bus bars, disconnect switches, current transformers, surge arresters — station post insulators are the standard solution. Our range covers 15 kV to 252 kV in both standard and anti-pollution shed profiles. For polluted coastal or desert substations, our ZSW anti-pollution series achieves up to 7,812 mm creepage at 252 kV. Line post insulators are designed for overhead lines, not substations.
Yes — and we encourage this approach for EPC projects. Share your voltage class, pollution level (IEC 60815 classification), applicable standard, and estimated quantities. Our engineers will recommend the appropriate product family and provide indicative pricing within 6 hours. This is especially useful for projects where GA drawings are still in progress and you need a budget number for internal approval. No commitment is required at this stage.
Share your voltage class and project type — we'll recommend the right insulator family and provide budget pricing within 6 hours. No drawings required to start.
